The list includes practitioners from all over the country, who work face to face, online, with individual families and with groups. Each practitioner has their own area of specialism.
Whether you’re looking for courses for parents, or training for professionals we share information about courses that are happening UK wide.
If you’re new to NVR and want to understand what it is and how it can help families we give you an overview here.
The NVR Practitioners Consortium is a Social Enterprise with the aim of making Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) accessible to everyone who wants or needs it and to create a support network for both users and practitioners.
Practitioners listed on our directory emphasise building the relationship within the family as the foundation for the NVR approach, but also as the ultimate goal and purpose of NVR. Our experience has shown that this is an effective NVR approach for reducing aggressive, oppositional and confrontational behaviour and for achieving the desired positive outcome.
